Step1:Flash is not available on Google Play anymore, so we have to download it from adobe archive site. Visit: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html and search for: 'Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives'
Now download Flash player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (any version which is latest) on your pc.
Step2:Copy or transfer .apk file (Adobe_Flash_Player_11.1.apk) on your android device.
Step3:In your android device go to - Security - Unknown Sources - and enable 'Allow installations of apps from sources other than the Play Store'
Step4:Now install flash or open this downloaded .apk file via any Explorer. If you don't have any explorer in your android device, download one from Google play like: Explorer, file explorer etc.
